Due to COVID-19, our delivery partners are currently experiencing delays in Australian and international orders.

Please note there may be a delay in receiving your order during this period as all postal networks have been affected in the way of having to implement strict safety policies and reduction of staff.

Although this is not in every case, if your order does run late we do appreciate your patience. We do our best to process and send your order in the shortest time possible.

WHAT IF I PUT THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If the shipping address is incorrect, you must email us within 30 minutes of placing the order. We cannot guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review before placing your order.

If your order was dispatched to the incorrect address as entered in your details, you will need to wait until the order is returned to us before we can process the replacement. Please note you will be responsible for payment of any additional shipping costs if this takes place.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed by the shipping team, so please be sure to review your order before confirmation.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Sorry to hear this… Unfortunately, once orders have been processed we are unable to add the code manually. You may use the code on your next order, however.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

To be eligible for a return/refund your item must be returned at the expense of the buyer. The product must be returned unused/unopened and in the same condition with the original packaging.
